The claimant withdrew the civil appeal against a Geneva labor court judgment. The respondents were not invited to file a response.

The withdrawal of a civil appeal before the Federal Supreme Court renders the proceedings moot and leads to the striking of the case from the docket; the court need not hear the opposing parties if no response has been ordered. As a rule, the withdrawing appellant bears the judicial fee, while party costs are not awarded absent a response procedure (consid. 1-2).
