In an appeal in civil matters concerning tenancy termination challenge, the Federal Court did not enter into the case because the appellant failed to pay the ordered advance on costs even after the additional deadline. The President applied the simplified non-entry procedure. Court fees of CHF 500 were charged to the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Zurich High Court and Kassation Court.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the ordered advance on costs after expiry of the grace period entails non-entry into the appeal in simplified procedure. The court is not called upon to examine the merits once the advance remains unpaid despite a duly set additional deadline. The consequence of non-entry is the allocation of court costs to the party in default, subject to the ordinary cost rules.

Der Präsident hat in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 7. Juni 2007 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist,
verfügt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer und dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
