Nach Einsicht
in das Urteil des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 6. August 2009, welches eine den Rückzug des Arzneimittels E.________ Salbe betreffende Vollstreckungsverfügung von Swissmedic vom 6. August 2009 zum Gegenstand hat,
in die hiergegen beim Bundesgericht eingereichte Beschwerde von X.________ vom 16. September 2009,

in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerde sich als rechtsmissbräuchlich erweist, wofür der Hinweis auf das den Beschwerdeführer betreffende Urteil 2C_297/2009 vom 13. Mai 2009 genügt,
dass der Präsident der Abteilung im vereinfachten Verfahren über Nichteintreten auf querulatorische oder rechtsmissbräuchliche Beschwerden entscheidet (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG),
dass die Gerichtskosten (Art. 65 BGG) bei diesem Verfahrensausgang dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und Abs. 3 BGG),
dass der Beschwerdeführer zu gewärtigen hat, dass weitere Eingaben in dieser Angelegenheit unbeantwortet bleiben können,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde und die damit verbundenen Begehren wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, Swissmedic und dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Abteilung III, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
