Gegenstand
Revisionsgesuch gegen das Urteil des Schweizerischen Bundesgerichts 1B_227/2012 vom 23. April 2012.
In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 23. April 2012 mangels einer hinreichenden Begründung im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG auf eine Beschwerde von X.________ nicht eingetreten ist (1B_227/2012) und dabei darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, dass auch vor Bundesgericht per Telefax eingereichte Rechtsschriften nicht gültig sind;
dass sich X.________ mit einer per Telefax eingereichten Eingabe vom 14. Mai 2012 gegen das bundesgerichtliche Urteil vom 23. April 2012 gewandt hat;
dass das Bundesgericht X.________ nochmals mit Schreiben vom 15. Mai 2012 darauf hingewiesen hat, dass ein per Telefax eingereichtes Rechtsmittel ungültig ist;
dass sich X.________ in der Folge mit weiteren Telefax-Eingaben an das Bundesgericht gewandt hat;
dass gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG Rechtsschriften die Unterschrift enthalten müssen;
dass eine Telefax-Eingabe diesem Erfordernis nicht zu entsprechen vermag (vgl. BGE 121 II 252 E. 4 S. 255);
dass sich im Übrigen aus den Eingaben nicht ergibt, inwiefern das bundesgerichtliche Urteil vom 23. April 2012 an einem Revisionsgrund im Sinne von Art. 121 ff. BGG leiden sollte;
dass somit auf das Revisionsgesuch nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten entsprechend dem Verfahrensausgang dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, der Zentralen Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Wallis und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Wallis, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
