Beschwerde gegen den Beschwerdeentscheid vom
28. Januar 2008 der Justiz-, Gemeinde- und Kirchendirektion des Kantons Bern.

In Erwägung,
dass A.________ und mehrere Mitbeteiligte mit Eingabe vom 28. Februar 2008 Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gegen den Entscheid der Justiz-, Gemeinde- und Kirchendirektion des Kantons Bern vom 28. Januar 2008 erhoben haben;
dass die Beschwerdeführer mit Schreiben vom 2. Juli 2008 ihre Beschwerde vom 28. Februar 2008 zurückgezogen haben;
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführer die Gerichtskosten zu tragen haben (Art. 66 BGG);
dass keine Parteientschädigungen zuzusprechen sind (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG);

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren 1C_99/2008 wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 400.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.

3.
Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen.

4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Beschwerdeführern, der Einwohnergemeinde Adelboden, dem Amt für Gemeinden und Raumordnung sowie der Justiz-, Gemeinde- und Kirchendirektion des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
