Gegenstand
Raumplanung,

Beschwerde gegen das Urteil vom 7. Februar 2011 des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Luzern, Verwaltungsrechtliche Abteilung.

In Erwägung,
dass A.________ und fünf Mitbeteiligte mit Eingabe vom 14. März 2011 Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Luzern vom 7. Februar 2011 erhoben haben;
dass die Beschwerdeführer mit Schreiben vom 29. September 2011 ihre Beschwerde vom 14. März 2011 zurückgezogen und dem Bundesgericht mitgeteilt haben, die Beschwerdegegner würden eine Parteientschädigung von Fr. 1'000.-- beantragen, womit die Beschwerdeführer ebenfalls einverstanden seien;
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführer entsprechend dem Verfahrensausgang die Gerichtskosten tragen (Art. 66 Abs. 1);
dass die Beschwerdeführer den privaten Beschwerdegegnern eine angemessene Parteientschädigung auszurichten haben (Art. 68 Abs. 2 BGG);

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren 1C_119/2011 wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.

3.
Die Beschwerdeführer haben den privaten Beschwerdegegnern eine Parteientschädigung von insgesamt Fr. 1'000.-- zu bezahlen.

4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Gemeinderat Neuenkirch und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Luzern, Verwaltungsrechtliche Abteilung, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
