In Erwägung,
dass X.________ seine Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen vom 9. Oktober 2012, mit welchem sie die Nichtanhandnahme des Strafverfahrens gegen A.Y.________ und B.Y.________ schützte, unter Verweis auf einen zwischen ihm und A.Y.________ abgeschlossenen Vergleich zurückgezogen hat;
dass die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten entsprechend dem Ausgang des Verfahrens dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), da kein Grund für eine Kostenbefreiung ersichtlich ist;
dass es sich rechtfertigt, auf die Zusprechung von Parteientschädigungen zu verzichten (Art. 68 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG);
verfügt der Instruktionsrichter:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1B_761/2012 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Untersuchungsamt St. Gallen und der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
