A.________ appealed to the Federal Supreme Court against a Ticino cantonal ruling that had declared his complaint against a no-prosecution order inadmissible. ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 17 ottobre 2011 dalla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello
del Cantone Ticino.

Considerando:
che il 30 agosto 2011 A.________ ha denunciato funzionari di autorità estere per titolo di favoreggiamento, falsa testimonianza e abuso di autorità;
che il 23 settembre 2011, il Procuratore generale del Cantone Ticino ha decretato il non luogo a procedere, sia per mancanza di competenza del Ministero pubblico sia perché non sono ravvisabili gli estremi dei reati ipotizzati;

che la Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino (CRP), adita dal denunciante, con giudizio del 17 ottobre 2011, dopo aver invitato l'insorgente a emendare il reclamo, l'ha dichiarato irricevibile ai sensi dell'art. 385 cpv. 2 CPP;

che avverso questa decisione A.________ presenta un "ricorso" al Tribunale federale senza formulare alcuna proposta di giudizio;
che non sono state chieste osservazioni;
che, come noto al ricorrente (sentenza 1B_368/2011 del 18 luglio 2011 nei suoi confronti) secondo l'art. 42 LTF, il ricorso deve contenere le conclusioni, i motivi e l'indicazione dei mezzi di prova (cpv. 1) e dev'essere motivato in modo sufficiente, spiegando nei motivi perché l'atto impugnato viola il diritto (cpv. 2; DTF 136 I 49 consid. 1.4.1);
che dette esigenze di motivazione sono del tutto disattese, visto che il ricorrente non si confronta affatto con i motivi posti a fondamento del criticato giudizio della CRP, né dall'atto di "ricorso" è possibile comprendere la fattispecie oggetto del litigio;

che pertanto il ricorso, manifestamente non motivato in modo sufficiente, può essere deciso sulla base della procedura semplificata dell'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF e non può quindi essere esaminato nel merito;

che si può rinunciare a prelevare spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 secondo periodo LTF);

per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.

2.
Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3.
Comunicazione al ricorrente, al Ministero pubblico e alla Corte dei reclami penali del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
