The appellants challenged a criminal non-entry decision before the Federal Supreme Court. They failed to pay the ordered cost advance even within the extended deadline and did not request legal aid. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint under Art. 62(3) and Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. It also decided not to levy court costs under Art. 66(1) BGG. The ruling was issued by the I. Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the ordered cost advance within the granted extension leads to non-entry on the complaint. If the advance is not paid and no legal aid is sought, the complaint is summarily disposed of by non-entry. Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG leaves it to the Court to refrain from charging costs in such circumstances.

dass somit gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass davon abgesehen werden kann, für das vorliegende Verfahren Kosten zu erheben (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, der Staatsanwaltschaft Baden und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
