2008 Zwangsmassnahmen im Ausländerrecht 401 83 Ausschaffungshaft; Haftbedingungen; Zelleneinschluss aus betrieblichen Gründen Sofern es aus betrieblichen Gründen unmöglich ist, die Zellen tagsüber zu öffnen, müssen die betroffenen Ausschaffungshäftlinge verlegt werden.
