The complainant attacked a judgment dismissing his complaint against the dissolution of an assembly. The Constitutional Court held that, insofar as the complaint was directed against that dismissal, no constitutionally guaranteed right had been violated and no unlawful general norm had been applied. To that extent the complaint was rejected. In all other respects, the Court refused to examine the complaint further.
Constitutional complaint; dissolution of an assembly; review of alleged violation of constitutionally guaranteed rights and of application of unlawful general norms: the complaint is to be dismissed where the challenged judgment discloses no constitutional rights violation or unlawful norm application (consid. 1). For the remaining parts, the Court may refuse admission to examination where the conditions for further review are not met (consid. 2).
I.Der Beschwerdeführer ist durch das angefochtene Erkenntnis, soweit damit seine Beschwerde gegen die Auflösung der Versammlung abgewiesen worden ist, weder in einem verfassungsgesetzlich gewährleisteten Recht noch wegen Anwendung einer rechtswidrigen generellen Norm in seinen Rechten verletzt worden.
Die Beschwerde wird insoweit abgewiesen.
II.Im Übrigen wird die Behandlung der Beschwerde abgelehnt.
