# RÈGLEMENT (CE) N o 1268/2008 DE LA COMMISSION

du 12 décembre 2008

modifiant le règlement (CE) n o 2368/2002 du Conseil mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts

## Preamble

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,

vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,

vu le règlement (CE) n o 2368/2002 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2002 mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts [^1] , et notamment son article 20,

considérant ce qui suit:

**(1)** La réunion plénière du processus de Kimberley, qui s'est tenue à Delhi, a revu la liste des participants qui remplissent les exigences minimales du système de certification du processus de Kimberley.

**(2)** Les addresses des autorités responsables du processus de Kimberley de certains participants doivent être mises à jour.

**(3)** L'annexe II doit dès lors être modifiée en conséquence,

A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:

## **Article premier**

L'annexe II du règlement (CE) n o 2368/2002 est remplacée par l'annexe I du présent règlement.

## **Article 2**

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au *Journal officiel de l’Union européenne* .

## Final provisions
