# RÈGLEMENT (CE) N o 53/2007 DE LA COMMISSION

du 23 janvier 2007

modifiant le règlement (CE) n o 1483/2006 en ce qui concerne les quantités couvertes par l’adjudication permanente pour la revente sur le marché communautaire de céréales détenues par les organismes d'intervention des États membres

## Preamble

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES,

vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne,

vu le règlement (CE) n o 1784/2003 du Conseil du 29 septembre 2003 portant organisation commune des marchés dans le secteur des céréales [^1] , et notamment son article 6,

considérant ce qui suit:

**(1)** Le règlement (CE) n o 1483/2006 de la Commission [^2] a ouvert des adjudications permanentes pour la revente sur le marché communautaire de céréales détenues par les organismes d’intervention des États membres.

**(2)** Compte tenu de la situation du marché du blé tendre dans la Communauté et de l'évolution de la demande de céréales constatée dans les différentes régions au cours des dernières semaines, il s'avère nécessaire de rendre disponible, dans certains États membres, de nouvelles quantités de céréales détenues à l'intervention. Il convient, par conséquent, d’autoriser les organismes d’intervention des États membres concernés à procéder à l'augmentation des quantités mise en adjudication à concurrence, pour le blé tendre, de 500 000 tonnes en Allemagne.

**(3)** Il y a lieu de modifier le règlement (CE) n o 1483/2006 en conséquence.

**(4)** Les mesures prévues au présent règlement sont conformes à l’avis du comité de gestion des céréales,

A ARRÊTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:

## **Article premier**

L’annexe I du règlement (CE) n o 1483/2006 est remplacée par le texte en annexe.

## **Article 2**

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au *Journal officiel de l’Union européenne* .

## Final provisions
