REPEALS - OBSOLETE LAW PERTAINING TO FIRE TRAINING SCHOOLS
                  Act of Nov. 22, 2000, P.L. 651, No. 87              Cl. 88
                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of May 16, 1951 (P.L.300, No.60), entitled, as
        amended, "An act authorizing certain counties to establish
        fire training schools for the paid and volunteer firemen of
        municipalities within the county."

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The act of May 16, 1951 (P.L.300, No.60),
     entitled, as amended, "An act authorizing certain counties to
     establish fire training schools for the paid and volunteer
     firemen of municipalities within the county," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
