AUTO THEFT PREVENTION ACT - AMEND SUNSET PROVISIONS REPEAL

                                  AN ACT

     Amending the act of December 28, 1994 (P.L.1445, No.171),
        entitled "An act providing for automobile theft prevention;
        establishing the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority and
        providing for its powers and duties; and creating the
        Automobile Theft Prevention Trust Fund," repealing sunset
        provisions of the act.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Section 8 of the act of December 28, 1994
     (P.L.1445, No.171), known as the Automobile Theft Prevention
     Act, is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
