T. LUKE TOOMEY BRIDGE - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Nov. 22, 1989, P.L. 604, No. 65              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a certain bridge on State Route 849 in Juniata
        Township, Perry County, as the T. Luke Toomey Bridge.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The bridge on State Route 849 over Big Buffalo
     Creek in the village of Wila, Juniata Township, Perry County, is
     hereby designated and shall be known as the T. Luke Toomey
     Bridge. The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate
     signs to indicate this designation.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
