AN ACT
Providing for the adoption of a capital project to be financed from current revenues of the Game Fund.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Itemization and adoption of a public improvement project.
A 1982-1983 Capital Budget Project in the category of public improvement projects, to be financed from current revenues of the Game Fund pursuant to executive authorizations and to be constructed or acquired by the Pennsylvania Game Commission, is hereby itemized together with its respective estimated costs, as follows:
