                  Act of May 9, 1949, P.L. 955, No. 267 Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

Providing for the payment into the court of certain moneys
involved in disputes between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and any county officer acting as agent of the Commonwealth.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. When a dispute arises between the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and any county officer acting as agent of the
Commonwealth for the collection of moneys involving the
possession or the right of possession to such funds or any part
thereof, it shall be the duty of the county officer acting as

shall release the funds in accordance with the terms of the
     notice.
