DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, COOPERATION WITH CITIES, BOROUGHS AND TOWNSHIPS
                  Act of Mar. 24, 1927, P.L. 61, No. 41               Cl. 35
                                  AN ACT

     Permitting cities, boroughs, and townships to cooperate with the
        counties in which they are situated, with other political
        subdivisions of such counties, and with the State Department
        of Health, in the administration and enforcement of the
        health laws and of the rules and regulations of said
        Department of Health.
        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That any city, borough, or
     township may cooperate with the county in which it is situated,
     and with any political subdivisions within such county, as well
     as with the Department of Health of this Commonwealth, in the
     administration and enforcement of the health laws and of the
     rules and regulations of the Department of Health of this
     Commonwealth.
