AN ACT

Providing for the establishment of a State Industrial Home for Women; authorizing the purchase of a site, and the erection thereon and equipment of necessary buildings; providing for the commitment to said State Industrial Home for Women of females between the ages of sixteen and thirty years, convicted of, or pleading guilty to, the commission of any criminal offense; and providing for the government and management of said institution; and making an appropriation to carry out the purposes of this act.
