REGULATE CURB LINES AND HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF FOOTWAYS

                                  AN ACT

     To alter and regulate curb lines and heights, also to make
        uniform and determine widths of footways in the city of
        Philadelphia.

        Section 1.  Curb lines and heights; width of sidewalks
        The select and common councils of the City of Philadelphia be
     and they are hereby authorized and empowered to alter and
     regulate the curb lines and heights, and determine and make
     uniform the widths of the footways of the streets within the
