DISTRICT ATTORNEYS - ELECTION OF
                 Act of Apr. 13, 1859, P.L. 617, No. 609              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Relative to the Election of District Attorneys.

        Section 1.  Vacancies to be filled for full term
        The true intent of the act of May 3, 1850, (act of 1850, May
     3, P.L. 654.) providing for the election of district attorney,
     shall be held to be that any person elected to fill a vacancy in
     the office of district attorney, shall hold his office for the
