NAC Chapter 398 — Intercollegiate Athletics

NAC 398.100 Fees for registration as athlete’s agent.

The secretary of state will charge and collect the following fees for registration as an athlete’s agent:

For an initial application for registration.............................................................................. $500

For an application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or

licensure issued by another state........................................................................................ 500

For an application for renewal of registration........................................................................ 500

For an application for renewal of registration based upon an application for

renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another state......................................... 500
