11.01 Scope and Purpose

11.01: Scope and Purpose 118 CMR 11.00 identifies the circumstances and purposes for which the Commission may enter into interagency agreements in furtherance of the Commission’s statutory mandate.

11.02 Discretionary Authority to Enter Agreements

11.02: Discretionary Authority to Enter Agreements The Commission may, at the discretion of the Commissioners, enter into agreements with state and federal agencies, agencies established by the federal government, and private entities to fulfill the mandate of M.G.L. c. 19C and the requirements of 118 CMR.
