Rule 1. Civil Penalties

820 IAC 10-1-1 Civil penalties

Sec. 1. Under IC 25-8-3-30, the board shall charge and collect the following civil penalties:

(1) Five hundred dollars ($500) for violation of IC 25-8-3-30(a)(1).

(2) Twenty-five dollars ($25) for violation of IC 25-8-3-30(a)(2).

(3) Two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for violation of IC 25-8-3-30(a)(3).

(4) Fifty [sic, dollars] ($50) for violation of IC 25-8-3-30(a)(4).

(5) Five hundred dollars ($500) for violation of IC 25-8-3-30(a)(5).

Sec. 2. A civil penalty under section 1 of this rule may be assessed only after an opportunity to correct the violation has been given as required by IC 4-21.5-2-5.
