Sec. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Gulf War Veterans Act.

Sec. 5. Gulf War Veterans Memorial

A Gulf War Veterans Memorial may be constructed by a private entity on a portion of the State property in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, Illinois.

Sec. 99. Effective date

This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
