635 State of Alabama Optometric Scholarship Awards Board

Ala. Admin. Code r. 635-X-3-.01 Eligibility For Renewal

Loans made to members of the freshman class are eligible for renewal for a total of four (4) years provided the recipient continues to make satisfactory progress toward the O.D. and/or the M.S. or Ph.D. degree(s) at the University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Optometry and his/her financial need is verified.

Each recipient must file a formal application for the renewal of his/her loan each year he/she is eligible to receive it.
