Ala. Admin. Code r. 482-1-011-.01 Nationwide Marine Definition Adopted

(1) The Insurance Department of the State of Alabama hereby adopts the nationwide marine definition which has been accepted, approved, recommended, and adopted from time to time by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Each change in the definition adopted, approved, accepted or recommended by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners is also adopted by the Alabama Department of Insurance.

(2) The interpretation of a particular risk as an inland marine risk hall be done in accordance with those provisions and resolutions adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
