NO. 03-25-00383-CV

Marsha Phillips, Appellant

v.

Scott Eugene Phillips and Jonathan Phillips, Appellees

FROM THE PROBATE COURT NO. 1 OF TRAVIS COUNTY
NO. C-1-PB-14-000336, THE HONORABLE GUY S. HERMAN, JUDGE PRESIDING

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant’s brief was originally due on September 1, 2025. On September 11,

2025, this Court sent a notice to appellant informing her that her brief was overdue and that a

failure to file a satisfactory response by September 22, 2025 would result in the dismissal of this

appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not filed a brief or a motion for extension

of time.) Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
