Before the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit:
Complaints having been filed on April 29, 2025, and October 7, 2025, alleging misconduct on the
part of Circuit Judge of this Circuit, and the complaints having been dismissed on February 11, 2026, by
the Acting Chief Judge of the Circuit, and a petition for review having been filed timely on February 20,
2026.
Upon consideration thereof by the Council it is
ORDERED that the petition for review is DENIED for the reasons stated in the order dated
February 11, 2026.
The clerk is directed to transmit copies of this order to the complainant and to the Circuit Judge
whose conduct is the subject of the underlying complaints.
