Before the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit:
A complaint having been filed on June 21, 2024, and addenda filed on July 3, 2024, and
November 20, 2024, alleging misconduct on the part of a District Judge of this Circuit, and the complaint
having been dismissed on July 2, 2026, by the Chief Judge of the Circuit, and a petition for review having
been filed timely on July 16, 2026.
Upon consideration thereof by the Council it is
ORDERED that the petition for review is DENIED for the reasons stated in the order dated
July 2, 2026.
The clerk is directed to transmit copies of this order to the complainant and to the District Judge
whose conduct is the subject of the underlying complaint.
