Before the Judicial Council of the Second Circuit:
Complaints having been filed on August 14, 2025, November 14, 2025, and December 10, 2025,
alleging misconduct on the part of District and Magistrate Judges of this Circuit, and the complaints
having been dismissed on April 7, 2026, by the Chief Judge of the Circuit, and a petition for review
having been filed timely on May 11, 2026.
Upon consideration thereof by the Council it is
ORDERED that the petition for review is DENIED for the reasons stated in the order dated
April 7, 2026.
The clerk is directed to transmit copies of this order to the complainant and to the District and
Magistrate Judges whose conduct is the subject of the underlying complaints.
