PER
CURIAM: James Bowers appeals his conviction of armed robbery
and sentence of life imprisonment. He maintains the trial court erred by
failing to suppress the victims identification of him at an unduly suggestive
show-up procedure. After a thorough
review of the record, counsels brief, and Bowers pro se brief
pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v.
Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss[1] Bowers appeal and grant counsels motion to be relieved.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
ANDERSON, SHORT and THOMAS concur.
