PER CURIAM: Gray appeals his life sentence without parole for two counts of
second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. On appeal Gray alleges the
trial judge erred by allowing a prior, out-of-state charge for aggravated child
molestation to be classified as a most serious offense in South Carolina. After a thorough review of the record, counsels
brief, and Grays pro se brief pursuant to Anders v.
California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116,
406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss[1] Grays appeal and grant counsels motion to be relieved.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
