Attorney General Henry Dargan McMaster, Chief Deputy Attorney General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, all of Columbia; and Solicitor Ralph E. Hoisington, of Charleston, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM:  Shawn Janowczyk pled guilty to first-degree burglary and possession of heroin.  He was sentenced to concurrent sentences of eighteen years imprisonment for first-degree burglary and two years for possession of heroin.  On appeal, counsel for Janowczyk has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v.
