RE: SUPERIOR COURT SCHEDULING NOTICE AND ORDER
In accordance with Executive Order No. 2013-05 issued by the Chief Justice on April 17,
2013 and pursuant to the authority granted to the Presiding Justice by G.L. 1956 §§ 8-15-16 and 12-
3-4, due to the inoperability of the Murray Judicial Complex cellblock, for the period commencing
on May 1, 2013 and continuing through August 31, 2013 and until further notice, the following
schedule shall be followed with respect to criminal matters scheduled for hearing before the
Newport County Superior Court:
