In lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, we REMAND this matter to the trial
court for resentencing, specifically so the trial court can further explain why the sentence imposed is more
proportionate to the offense and the offender than a different sentence would have been. People of Dixon-
Bey, 321 Mich App 490, 524-525; 909 NW2d 458 (2017). We do not retain jurisdiction.
Appellant’s request for resentencing before a different judge is DENIED.
