The motion for extension of time to expand record on appeal is GRANTED. Defendant-
appellant’s counsel shall ensure that a copy of the stenographer’s certificate of ordering a transcript of the
June 10, 2025 hearing is promptly filed with this Court after the stenographer’s certificate is prepared by
the court reporter or recorder. Defendant-appellant’s brief on appeal may be timely filed within 28 days
after the filing of the transcript of the June 10, 2025 hearing with the trial court.
