On the Court’s own motion, appellant is directed to file a supplemental brief addressing
whether the appeal has been rendered moot by the trial court’s August 12, 2025 order terminating its
jurisdiction over the minor without terminating respondent’s parental rights. Appellant’s supplemental
brief shall be filed within 14 days after issuance of this order. Appellees may then each file a supplemental
brief within 14 days of service of appellant’s supplemental brief. Alternatively, if appellant agrees that
the appeal is moot, appellant may move to voluntarily withdraw this appeal.
