On the Court’s own motion, the brief in support of an Anders motion to withdraw is
STRICKEN. Attorney Patrick M. Carmody, Jr., (P33398) was notified of the defect in the filing, and the
defect was not cured. Within 14 days of the Clerk’s certification of this order, appellant’s brief shall be
filed. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further
notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed in accordance with this order.
