Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for reconsideration of the December 22, 2025 order denying appellant’s motion
to waive fees is DENIED. Contrary to the premise of the motion MCR 2.002(F) (miscited in the motion
as MCR 2.002(D)) does not apply to a motion to waive fees in this Court. MCR 2.002(A)(2) specifies the
statutory fee provisions to which MCR 2.002 applies and does not include MCL 600.321, which sets filing
fees for this Court.
