Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
CHARLES LEE COLE V CRISTIANE COSTA COLE
Docket No. 378214
LC No. 24-009668-DO
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the October 22, 2025
trial court opinion is not a final judgment or order appealable of right. MCR 7.202(6)(a); MCR 7.203(A).
The October 22, 2025 opinion indicates an annulment should be granted in this matter – but directs
appellee to prepare a judgment to implement that opinion. Thus, the opinion does not actually dispose of
the claims in this case so as to be a final order under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i).
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
