The motion to recognize December 4, 2025 order waiving transcript production
requirement and to preclude involuntary dismissal is DENIED. The December 4, 2025 order waived the
transcript requirement production for the motion to stay under MCR 7.209. MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a),
however, requires appellant to secure the filing of the transcript for the appeal as a whole.
Within 21 days of this order, appellant shall order the transcript of all proceedings before
the trial court and shall file proof with this Court that the transcripts have been ordered. Failure to file
proof that the transcripts have been ordered within this time may result in the case being submitted on the
involuntary dismissal docket.
