establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment. To the extent that
defendant argues that the trial court erred by recharacterizing his motion for a new trial as a motion for
relief from judgment, the application is DENIED as an untimely attempt to appeal the trial court’s
March 8, 2024 order recharacterizing the motion or an untimely attempt to appeal the March 3, 2025 order
denying defendant’s motion to strike. See MCR 7.205(A).
