The motion to show cause court reporter Sheila D. Burger (R-6651) is treated as a motion
to extend time for filing the transcripts and is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED
until 21 days after the date of this order. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, and
appellant’s counsel fails to move for a further extension of time to file the transcripts, this case shall be
remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel having failed to
ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against
appointed counsel.
