Per your instructions, 16 Holdings files this letter to withdraw its Motion to
Increase Amount of Appeal Bond, which was filed on June 15, 2026. 16 Holdings
understands the motion has been submitted to the motion panel, however, the parties have
reached an agreement to settle this matter. The undersigned anticipates that a stipulation
to dismiss the appeal will be forthcoming once the parties have signed the paperwork.
In the meantime, however, 16 Holdings would like to withdraw its Motion to
Increase Amount of Appeal Bond.
Please advise whether any additional steps need be taken or let me know if you have
any questions.
