Notice Withdrawing Motion to Show Cause
On March 24, 2026, Mr. Demetris Dezjuan Taylor filed a Motion to Show Cause Why
Court Reporter Should Not Be Held in Contempt. Mr. Taylor now files this Notice to
inform the Court that he is withdrawing his previously filed Motion to Show Cause
Why the Court Reporter Should Not Be Held in Contempt in light of the Notice of
Filing Transcript, the Stenographer’s Certificate filed by Court Reporter Sandra
Wilson and the Amended Transcript Order issued on March 26, 2026 reassigning the
correct court reporter. We anticipate that the newly assigned court reporter will file
the stenographer’s certificate in a timely manner and subsequently produce the
transcript within the required timeframe.
