The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The complaint for superintending control is DENIED. While we acknowledge a trial
court’s authority to manage its own docket, we do not condone the circuit court’s practice in this case of
administratively rejecting filings in what effectively amounted to an administrative stay. However,
because the condition set by the court’s administrative rejection of filings has been or will soon be
resolved, we see no need to order relief at this time. Should the circuit court continue to operate in this
manner, however, a different result might be warranted.
