The motion to withdraw as counsel for appellants is GRANTED. Upon entry of this order
the Clerk’s Office shall update this Court’s records for this file to show that appellants are not represented
by an attorney in this appeal unless and until another attorney licensed to practice in Michigan appears on
their behalf in this appeal.
Within 30 days of this order, appellants must file an appellants’ brief or an appearance by
substitute appellate counsel. If an appearance by substitute counsel is filed, appellants’ brief may be
timely filed within 21 days after the date of the appearance.
The motion to dismiss is DENIED without prejudice to a renewed motion that demonstrates
a basis for dismissal, under MCR 7.211(C)(2), if appellants do not file the brief or an appearance by
substitute appellate counsel within 30 days of this order.
