Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The complaint for superintending control is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because
an appeal from the April 2, 2026 order is available. MCR 3.302(D)(2). As a result, plaintiff may challenge
the order in question by filing a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205. See MCR
7.203(B)(5).
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
Plaintiff’s remaining motions are DENIED as moot, given this Court’s lack of jurisdiction.
